You know all the story by now, United Airlines.

Bored a plane.

They had four flight crew members that needed to get to Louisville.

And so they did a random thing where they pulled people off the plane.

And this guy acted all weird and started like screaming and everything.

And then they instead of, they ended up deplaning anyway.

And so instead of like going, all right, imagine this guy was like super violent.

And like, sure.

So instead of, so he's at a window seat.

So airport security like just picks him up and then he smashes his head against one of the armrests of the other.

I mean, there's a million ways they could have handled this.

Then the smug prick that is the CEO of United is who's going to be fired.

There's absolutely no doubt about it.

I could have made, in the worst PR, I have absolutely no idea.

Look at that face, that stupid face of his.

That puckered lip look. Oh, I hate you. But he comes out and he, in like an idiot, I don't know, I knew at 25 when you make a mistake, just give

some half-ass apology. Who cares? Sure. Like, even if you don't mean it, just do some

half-assed apology. Instead, he doubles down and he said, we have the right to do it. And just because you have the right to do something doesn't mean you do it. And then we had a guy calling yesterday said he works for the airline industry, and there's a cap that they can put on these, what you do, and how much you give away. you can negotiate so CNN money had this thing yesterday

and it was uh what you can do and so obviously the first one is uh you don't uh you wait when they

offer up uh when they offer up uh they give like cards to Amazon and stuff now.

Yeah, I've heard about that.

And much like your experience, Rich, they say to read the fine print.
