Today is April 1st and it's been reported a few places that Joe Biden plans to enter the 2020

race at the end of the month. At the moment, he's relying on a written statement to address

Lucy Flores' allegations that he inappropriately kissed her. Does Biden give an interview? When does he do it? And who does he give it to? Or does he try to ride this out? Much of the field is being asked about Biden at the moment. Flores talked to Casey Hunt on MSNBC's KCDC last night. Flores said, for the record, I don't believe it was a bad intention. I'm not suggesting

any way that I felt sexually assaulted or sexually harassed. I felt invaded. I felt there was an

invasion of my personal space. And it's been dismissed as if it's just Biden being Biden,

boys will be boys. No big deal. It is a big deal. Mark Caputo reports that other photos and videos of Biden

hugging women, caressing their hair and holding onto their shoulders, have been surfacing

on social media. But Stephanie Carter, who's in one of those photos, wrote a medium post saying

it has been misrepresented. She said she was nervous the day of the photo, and Biden was

offering some welcome support. Elsewhere on the 2020 front, the New York Times reports Elizabeth Warren's decision to do away

with big money fundraisers led to the resignation of her finance director.

The AP reports that Kamala Harris's current position against cash bail is at odds with her

tenure as DA in California Attorney General when she stayed quiet or supported cash

bail in court. Our colleague Elena Schneider reports that Pete Buttigieg is racing to build out

a campaign infrastructure that can catch up to his new momentum in the presidential race.

Carla Maranucci reports Corey Booker and Eric Swalwell held fundraisers at the same San Francisco

restaurant four hours apart Friday.

Swalwell was overheard saying, don't tell anybody, but I'm announcing in two weeks.

A quick heads up, the Senate is going to try to pass a supplemental spending bill today.

Republicans are growing concerned Democrats will vote against it because they believe the funding is inadequate for Puerto Rico.
