So keep pushing it out and listen I've said this over the last cut like month or so it's difficult to get people involved with the podcast I understand that because it's a new way new form of entertainment it's also you know it's a little bit vulnerable to go to someone yeah I listen to this guy and then I'm nobody they don't know who I am they it's not like I have some show on TV this is an underground thing this is a big deal.

And I'm saying this is the weird back alleys of the entertainment and biz you're in the podcast weirdo zone so I understand I empathize with you to listen or who spreads the words so that's why I care so much that you do it here's a good fun way to do it without really pushing it on your friends and having to see their faces posted as your Instagram story take a picture of the of the screen right now posted your Instagram story tag me I think everybody that tags me put it on your Snapchat story put it there let's go.
