successful radio host, commentator, writer, now a professor. He's also a lawyer, which isn't

the end of the world. But it does allow me to ask him some legal questions, which are pertinent.

And just so long as we leave criminal law out of it, I can hold my own. But I always tell you on your

television show, I represented exactly one defendant in my 30 years of practice, and it was the son of a fellow

elder in my church had gotten across ways with the law. And I showed up. I didn't know which side of

the courtroom to stand on. And I walked over, I found a prosecutor, and I said, have mercy on me

and my client. And they did. And we got them into diversion.

And that was my one and only criminal law.
