Metcha is a community-based communist organization that is dedicated on combating the

lagacies of settler colonization such as capitalism and white supremacy by creating a movement

that centers black indigenous queer trans and femme people.

We are an organization that of course came from the Chicano movement from the 60s, but we

have now distanced ourselves from that because we recognize that a lot of the things that

oppress people that identify themselves as Chicane have face other contradictions.

So, now our organization is multinational.

We strive for liberation of all people, we strive for decolonization, and of course, we strive
