We just don't usually hear from you, but welcome to a live microphone. Thank you. And I appreciate you for having me on. Oh, you just gave away what we're going to talk about. I saw what you did there. Yes, once again, I saw the study, and it was about appreciation. And it's like, who can I talk to about this? And you're it.

You're always the guy that I talked to with these studies.

Yeah, this is a great study because it not only talks about gratitude

and how positive emotions really have an effect on your health and your well-being,

but it really singles out the different

components to gratitude in which parts are stronger than others as far as well-being is concerned.

And what was interesting to me is that we talk a lot about gratitude, but this one really took

that one little angle of gratitude and talked about appreciation.

And so I hadn't, you know, I don't think I'd ever consciously separated those two, but what is the
