For years, major tech companies have been battling to make the next big thing in virtual reality.

The company formerly known as Facebook has positioned itself as a dedicated player in this space,

going so far as to change its name to Meta to reflect its devotion to the burgeoning Metaverse.

In 2019, Meta released its first augmented reality headset then called Oculus,

which offered digital games, entertainment, and other experiences to wearers. While Apple has

already integrated augmented reality into many of its products like the 3D exploration tool on

its Maps app, it's long been rumored to be working on a headset of its own.

And that product, the Apple Vision Pro, was finally revealed last week. And the reviews are in.
