0:56.0	Sure. So, I started covering Apple for the Times in early 2018
1:01.0	when Apple was really starting to push its stance on privacy.
1:05.0	It was becoming a main selling point for Apple.
1:08.0	This is when Facebook was facing a lot of scandal
1:11.0	about how it was handling user data and Apple saw that as an opportunity
1:14.0	to differentiate itself from its rivals.
1:18.0	Privacy to us is a human right.
1:22.0	We even see Tim Cook, you know, Apple CEO in interview saying
1:27.0	privacy is a fundamental human right.
1:30.0	You know, this is like freedom of speech and freedom of the press
1:33.0	and privacy is right up there for us.
1:37.0	Apple was making its pitch to consumers that they can trust their data with Apple.
