There's my obligatory mirror of it of the day. Actually did get some work done. And for lunch, the whole team headed out to a different Apple building. It was super cool. Um, we got some lunch. Really beautiful views there headed back to the office. I finished up my day working on the rooftop.

So let's start my day here. Um, I've been my own door. Just me and Otis just making a coffee. Yeah. No, people pay big money for that. You know, that's what people want to see really. Yeah. Like there was a little piece at the end of the Apple campus, but it wasn't much. Uh, but I, I assume people got got nervous about it. Because maybe there are rules around that. I don't know. Uh-huh. An Apple contractor reportedly found her contract unexpectedly not renewed after day in the live video went viral.

Uh, however, Boone told the birds that she was only trying to show other women of color that this kind of career could be an option for them. And that's helping Apple achieve a more representative workforce, the tech, girly genre of content and serve a purpose, especially for women, people of color, other, traditionally underrepresented groups in industry who hope to land a job.

Uh, is this a statement, this is a statement from her. My followers or people that would reach out to me or comment were like 80% black women.

That was important to me to be able to connect with other black women as well as encourage them. You can work in this industry. Okay. So then it gets 150,000 views.

And then because she was on contract, the contract is not renewed, which by the way, doesn't necessarily mean they had an issue with the post. It could just be that it was meant to be a temporary con. I don't know. That's okay. We have an update.

Yeah, also from Boone herself stated that there was no connection between the video and her contract not being renewed. She said that she worked the entirety of her contract period and remains thankful for career opportunities and growth from working at Apple and how that helped pave the way for the wonderful job I have today.
