0:23.0 | Well, over here we have apple cider vinegar, |
0:25.0 | which is about five to six percent acetic acid. |
0:29.0 | And then the white vinegar is about four to seven percent acetic acid. |
0:33.0 | Very, very similar. |
0:35.0 | The big difference is the source. |
0:37.0 | Outside of vinegar obviously comes from apples. |
0:40.0 | And white vinegar could come from grains, barley, corn, sugar, potato, milk way, |
0:50.0 | believe it or not, it's approaching in milk, and other grains. |
0:56.0 | And of course, this corn could be GMO, unless this is organic. |
1:02.0 | Now, with apple cider vinegar, in one tablespoon, |
1:06.0 | you have about 11 milligrams of potassium. |
1:09.0 | There's not a lot of other vitamins or minerals in this product |
1:13.0 | and just realize that our bodies require about 47-100 milligrams. |
1:18.0 | So 11 milligrams is pretty insignificant. |
