today. This guy's name is Lewis Howes and I first met Lewis actually a couple

months ago, up in Vancouver. I was there for a conference and there was another

fellow there who actually looked like an athlete and somebody who I might get

along with and so we happened to be introduced and I found out that he's not

just an athlete. He is a former all-American and world record-holding

athletes who has played a bunch of different sports who has broke a world

record for the most receiving yards in a single football game who's played on

the pro level in football, who is a standout to Catholic as well, knows a lot

about whipping yourself into shape, fitness, and a lot more. But before I
