Hey, I'm Ben Greenfield.

Let's talk about the difference between being good and being great.

When you arrive at a place like a triathlon or a marathon or a 5K or a 10K and you've

had to travel, you've had to take a bus, you've had to fly whatever the case may be.

Now I'm down at the wildflower triathlon and if you take a look here, I have two race

registration bags on my bed.

And the reason for that is I'm doing a half iron man on Saturday and an Olympic distance

on Sunday.

Now when I travel and especially when I know I'm going to beat up my body, the way that

I'm about to beat it up, there are specific things that I take along with me and I want

to show you exactly what they are.

I want you to get on a notepad or access some of the notes that I'll publish along with

this video and what I want you to do is get your hands on some of this stuff if you happen

to be traveling to an event this year.

So let's start off with some of the basics here.

I'm going to roll around and start off with some of the geeky stuff because I like the

geeked up electronic stuff.

Alright, first thing here you'll see are set of headphones.

Now I happen to be staying in a shared cabin with some other people and I don't necessarily

want to bother people with that white noise app that I play on my phone to cover up

noise.

But I also don't like how headphones feel in my ears when I'm trying to sleep.
