Hey everybody, Brock here, and I just got back from a 90 minute progression run.

It was pretty hard, but I nailed it.

And while I was out there on that 90 minute progression run, I had with me in my handy

dandy BPA free water bottle, two scoops of this stuff, tailwind nutrition.

It is an endurance fuel that, as the package says, works.

And you know what?

For me, it does.

I used it today.

I've not been using it for about a year now.

I've used it for a few races too, including the Ironman 70.3 in Thailand last year, where the

fact that it actually contains a lot of electrolytes came in really handy because it was really

hot, really humid, and I sweated like a banshee.

It is.

This is the lemon flavor, by the way.

It's got Dextrose, sucrose, sodium citrate, sea salt, citric acid, organic lemon flavor.

And I guess this would have organic mandarin orange flavor, and this one would have organic

berry flavor.

And potassium, calcium, carbonate, and magnesium citrate.

So as you heard, it has a lot of electrolytes, including the sea salt, which actually is

one of the coolest things about this product.
