I'm really excited about today's guest, Michael Schellenberger, was once

Time Magazine's hero of the environment.

He was a green book award winner and founder and president of environmental progress.

But he's got a new best-selling book called Apocalypse Never,

which I'm guessing has probably ruined a lot of his friendships.

But I'm going to ask him about that.

Michael, how are you?

I'm great. Thanks for having me on Greg.

My pleasure. You know, you were, uh, you're the scariest kind of skeptic because you

were, you come from the other side.

It was like when I was young, I was the leftist and that made me a better, I guess, non-leftist.

But you were a climate activist for decades.

But now you're findings don't seem to align with the typical talking points that we hear

over and over and again in the media.

So what changed you?
