Summary

We are all familiar with our 'comfort zones,' right? What if by staying comfortable, we're really staying stuck? The familiar things that we know feel safe, even if they keep us stuck. If you are really ready to change, you have to be willing to move into the discomfort zone. It's going to stretch you, just like an elastic band, but it doesn't have to break you. In this episode I'm sharing two of my own personal experiences with this principle, and how learning to be uncomfortable propelled me into greater growth. When you listen, I urge you to try leaning into this kind of discomfort and see what changes for you. Full Show Notes Sticky Habit Method Learn more about your ad choices.
