Your voice always matter, in your home and communities, and here on this show. For many reasons this was a difficult year for me and my family, it almost seemed to blend with 2020. I'm sharing a little more about that, and of course what I learned from some of those tough lessons. (Spoiler: I almost quit this whole podcast gig!) 1:32.4	what I learned this year and I think I can sum it up in just one phrase, face your fears. 2021 was
1:40.7	a rough year for me and my family for many reasons and I'm sure many of you feel the same way that
1:46.8	2021 seemed to blend with 2020 for me. It's really hard for me to differentiate what happened
1:52.5	in which year, even down to which books I read in what year. But you know, regardless of that,
1:58.8	it was just a really tough year and I'll share one of the lows for me was just my own battles over
