| 0:00.0 | Hi Monica. Hi Monica. Hi Monica. Hi Monica. Hi Monica. Hi Monica. Hi Monica. |
| 0:06.0 | Hi Monica. Hi Monica. You are listening to Dear Progressor, a monthly episode full of notes |
| 0:14.0 | from your fellow progressors of the About Progress community. My friends, it's with so much joy |
| 0:22.0 | that I am preparing this Dear Progressor episode for you. The last time we did it was at the |
| 0:28.0 | very end of December and I discovered some submissions after I had released the episode. |
| 0:36.0 | And so we get to hear from a few more of those amazing women today and what 2020 taught them |

| 1:50.4 | and development. When I learn about who I learn from and this community is something that |
| 1:57.5 | also when I look back I'm just grateful for the way that you have sustained me. And I hope |
| 2:03.7 | that I have been able to sustain you as well. So with all that in mind, this deer progress |
| 2:10.7 | or episode is going to be a bit shorter. And I'm going to blame myself for that. I sent out |
| 2:16.5 | a plea to submit to have people submit their voice notes for us. And I didn't get any. And I think |
