Any general timetable on when

the Bella Meister will be back? Yes, July 6th. No Suck Saturday returns July 6th. That will be

our first date back. We just took order of a new book that we'll be going through, similar to

what we did with Francis and Lisa Chan's book to start things out.

Also want to announce this morning that once a month, No Sucks Saturday is going to be made

available to the broader No Suck Saturday or AM update audience.

Once a month, we're going to be doing a segment.

Instead of going through our book study, we're going to be opening up a new a new segment hopefully this is i have no idea how much interest there would be in

something like this i find it very interesting but we're going to have a segment called ask izzie

isabella my wife is a registered nurse he has a lot of experience in all different facets of nursing and health care and a lot of stories to tell.

A lot of stories to tell.

But more importantly, a wealth of knowledge.

She would describe herself, I think, as crunchy adjacent.

So she has all of the knowledge that a typical well-studied person in the medical field would have,

plus the perspective of not quite taking, not quite taking everything as a given, if you will. She is into the crunchy stuff.
