So folks, there are two days remaining of the Australian Open and we now know our final

line-ups because along with the Women's singles final tomorrow night of Ash Bati against Daniel

Collins, we also now have a men's singles final to look forward to a Rafael Nadal against

Daniel Medvedeva repeat of the 2019 US Open final that I think it's fair to say we all quite

enjoyed. Today's two semi-finals weren't quite the thrillers and epics that David Law promised

yesterday but they were good. They were good, David. I don't think you're going to be asked for

refunds but there might be the odd grumble here and there. Yeah, I mean I thought Baratini would

make more of a fight of the first match early on. I didn't expect him to come up against

an Adal quite like that and I didn't expect Baratini to just look so ordinary for the first two sets.

So I expected a five set of there and I was surprised that since the pass faded the way he did.

But actually I also think that Medvedeve forced him to fade because he was absolutely

incredible at the end but there were two really good semi-finals that I enjoyed immensely and they

do set up the most wonderful prospects for a final because I do have very happy memories of

2019 US Open Final. I remember you and I after that having a what was that thing, the honey juice

while we recorded it? The great juice, honey juice. Oh, I mean that was that's a memory I'm

looking forward to getting back to if we go there again but that was an incredibly draining

but exhilarating final and I have really you know the only downer of that particular podcast was

that Matt wasn't with us but I do remember it very fondly so if we get anything like that on

Sunday I think we're in for a treat and I think that that is definitely possible. Yeah and look we
