1:02.0	So stick around for 319. And we're going to start things off with the story from Rod, the one I alluded to in the intro, and he's in Los Angeles.

1:31.5	We have seen movies and TV shows featuring people getting phone calls from beyond the grave
1:34.6	and I know one person who has had several experiences with these
1:39.5	I'll call him Daryl for the story
1:42.6	he's about 65 years old now.
1:47.0	I met him around 1990.
1:50.3	And among a number of shared interests between us,
1:53.9	Daryl has had a great interest in ghosts and ghost stories.
1:58.1	He read extensively on the subject, and much more than I have.
2:02.6	He is a big fan of the Hans Holzer books and the writings of Elliot O'Donnell, for example.
2:08.6	His reading suggestions have been very educational over the years, and he claims he is psychic,
2:15.6	and has been since he was a child, when he would see ghosts in different places all the time.
2:22.0	By his definition, I am a psychic as well, but I don't call myself that.
2:28.7	I just think these are natural perceptions that everyone has.
2:35.2	The topic of ghost phone calls bothers me,
2:39.3	because I'd never thought of that as a real thing until I spoke to Daryl about it.
