Former Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani says Fani Willis wants to put him in jail for the rest of his life. Willis says the Fulton Co. trial is not about her but Giuliani says people missed what she said in her testimony. Willis said she got cash from her campaign fund and kept it at home. Giuliani checked the Georgia statutes and found it’s a crime. She stole campaign funds and should be investigated. The Fani Willis case was orchestrated straight out of the White House and what they were orchestrating was scheduling of prosecutions. This was the fourth case of the year. And in New York, the state legislature had to change the Statute of Limitations just so they could get Trump for something no one else had been prosecuted for, a resurrected hush money case. And Jack Smith, the guy with the worst record in the DOJ was selected by Merrick Garland despite being reversed twice for unethical behavior. Giuliani says you would only select him if you wanted an unethical case. He’s trying to get a verdict out of D.C. because you can’t get a fair trial in D.C. Even though he’s reversed in a year, the American people would be deprived of their ability to make a choice. Giuliani says any President needs immunity to be able to carry out official acts without being prosecuted. It is an official act to check on irregularities of an election and Giuliani expects the Supreme Court will fashion a limited immunity decision. Giuliani says the wisdom of the Supreme Court would be to put this case off until after the election. The legitimacy of trying a man four times in one year and claim you’re granting him due process is questionable. You can’t possibly prepare for four trials in one year.
