We won passage preached just to keep breathing. We too, the message was on when anxiety attacks,

how to attack anxiety. How do I attack the anxiety that I'm facing? And as we end this

collection, we're not ending the conversation. See, what we've learned is that sermons

are a catalyst for change. That the change actually occurs when we talk about it, when

we get around people and we process, when we open up, when we're vulnerable, and I believe

that this message is just a catalyst, that it is the beginning of a conversation. There's

so many more conversations that need to come from this. And as I was thinking, how do we

end off this collection? What do we talk about today? I really wanted to go into the life

of David. Now, David, he was a man after God's own heart that Bible describes him. But

David faced so much anxiety. He faced so much pressure. And what's so interesting about

David's life, not only do we get the story of what he did and who he became, but through

the Psalms, we actually get to learn about his emotions. We get to learn the behind the

scenes, what he felt like, what was on his heart, what was on his mind. And we first meet

David when he's around the age of 15 years old. There's a prophet by the name of Samuel.
