Hey Anaga, it's so good to come together with you again for a conversation about our first album transition to calm. Hi Shan, yeah really excited about this and I'm very pleased that we've taken the step of

0:42.0

making something available now on iTunes and Amazon.

0:45.6

I have been contacted by a couple of friends that have downloaded the album and really love it and are looking forward to what we come up with next.

0:55.6

And so that was a really nice validation that we're moving in the right direction to support people

1:49.2

bit of help. Let's talk a little bit about our process in bringing this album together and why we decided to label it or name it transition to calm.

2:02.0

Yeah, that's something that I've been working with and presenting two people for many years is this thing where we can get stuck in a stressed out state or something highly emotionally charged happens or event happens we feel a certain way

2:16.1

about something and because we're busy and we're looking after children or working or doing

2:21.0

so many things we either forget or we don't know how to switch out

2:25.8

into a more relaxed state of mind and let our body have time to rest and recover from that.

2:31.5

So we can start carrying those stressed out states with us permanently,

2:36.8

which leads to increased anxiety or the beginning of anxiety if we haven't experienced it before. And of course it can also lead to adrenal fatigue and burnout so it's a very
