| 1:06.0 | Sometimes it would pull me from my sleep only to have me start my day on an anxious note, |

| 1:23.5 | I was scared to feel that way and for a long time I just, I didn't get it. Now that I do though, whenever this feeling of morning anxiety comes along and it's very, very rare these days, |
| 1:33.3 | it's always very short-lived and it's something I can move beyond within minutes. |
| 1:38.3 | It never dictates the rest of my day and we'll get you to that point as well. |
| 1:43.3 | So if you're still in bed as you listen to this |
| 1:45.8 | gently pull your knees up to your chest and give yourself a hug. Now sit up, bring your feet to the |
| 1:53.9 | ground and if you feel that you can move your body around the room. Maybe raise your arms above your head and have a good stretch. |
