Hi, it's Maggie. So for this week's episode, we are going to be talking about mental health.

And so we wanted to bring Meggy on because Maggie has been very vocal about her mental health

on social media in the past few years, I think.

So I figured what better guests to have than her.

Um, we asked you guys if you had any questions that you want us to ask her during the episode.

So I wrote some of those down.

I think Seer also wrote some of those down and then I had just like a couple other questions that I would come up with here and there but we're mostly trying to have just like a candid conversation about mental health

and hopefully share that with you guys share any resources and get some things answered but before we get

started it's time to start with our weekly spotlights so we can have our guest start so maggie

weekly spotlight it has to be going viral on tic-tok okay no not viral but we posted this ticot

go watch it i don't know it's basically about all three of us and it's like being best friends

with your cousins like the biggest flex yeah and it's like, being best friends with your cousins, like the biggest flex. Yeah. And it was like doing fine. And then one night, I just started going viral, and it really made me feel good because I've been just being lame on TikTok. So that was my weekly spelling. It's got like 400,000 likes right now. So it was like one of the top ones with like the sound that she

was using which has like I think you said over a million videos that's pretty impressive all right

Megan what's yours um my weekly spotlight is being at the lake right now with Sierra and Maggie

and just you know trying to enjoy my last bit of summer before it gets cut short with grad school starting.

My weekly spotlight was going to be also being at the lake, but I figured I'd get a little more specific and we can kind of share our drive-through story because that was so funny.

So we drove to Mason City, which is just like outside of Clear Lake to get some food. Maggie got Panda Express and

then Maggie and I wanted Hardee's and so Maggie was driving and for some reason I figured that

Hardies would have like we wanted the chicken tender meal. I figured they had like a numbered combo

meal but they didn't like just to make it nice and easy to order and so we're like okay Maggie just
