So today we're going to talk about anxiety. Um, and anxiety and

depression are typically considered the common colds of mental illness. And this is something that

I confront on a daily basis with patients doing diagnostics.

Anxiety in and of itself is not necessarily a pathological state.

You know, part of our autonomic nervous system, the fighter flight response.

Anxiety does serve a purpose in helping us to maintain our survival, maintain a level of

awareness, but it does cross into a threshold where it does become pathological.
