It's important to have a good relationship with guys and let them trust you, but you got to be able to sustain that.

And so as a head coach, for me, that was my biggest thing that I really look back on now.

I'm like, damn, I wish I would have done a better job there.

And, you know, you learn from it.

You learn from those mistakes.
