literature show today. So this show is in solidarity with Black Lives Matter. We all have so much work to do, especially us

white folks and non-black folks, and we wanted to put together some resources to help y'all

do the work along with us. And before we get started, I think we both have some words about that.

So I thought it would be good to start off with being clear about the difference between not being racist and being anti-racist.

So not being racist is about not intentionally engaging in racist acts.

But being anti-racist is about acknowledging and understanding the systemic nature of racism

and working to change and challenge those systems. That's just like my quick, rough and ready
