| 0:43.3 | from your meetings in Saudi. There's a lot going on just generally in the legal sector, as well as |
| 0:49.9 | a country that's trying to reform its economy in all ways, in particular with respect to defense |

| 1:00.4 | And to make that point, I guess, really firm, it's important to recognize that while the Saudi |
| 1:05.5 | anti-bribery law goes back to before the FCPA as a domestic anti-bribery law, it did nothing for a period of several years, as in to, you know, maybe into the early 90s before it had its first amendments. |
| 1:20.4 | And those amendments were only to increase the penalties so that they made more sense in a 1990s situation compared to the 1970s. |
| 1:31.6 | And then, fairly suddenly, in the past two or three years, we've seen almost every year |
| 1:37.7 | at least some tweaks and some amendments that are potentially significant in the |
| 1:43.4 | anti-bribery law, as well as overhauls of a |
| 1:47.0 | number of other statutes that are important in Saudi and are either new or being restated |
