So the other day, I was helping Kate with a light bulb problem.

It turned out to be the different kind of, you know, it's one of these fan light things.

So you have to remove the covering, you know covering you know of you're holding the ladder for her

well it's a step ladder how many maddises does it take to change a light bulb and and she was getting

frustrated with it and in fact the bulb snapped off with the thing still inside so that was a problem

but then you just said well let's have the other one work because i'm pretty sure it still works so i got the other one to work that was a problem. But then you just said, well, let's have the other one work because I'm pretty sure it still works. So I got the other one to work. That was fine. But I, this is in my son's bedroom. And I just decided, oh, I'm just going to leap off the step ladder and then, you know, and then push myself against the bed. But I was, I didn't pay attention to underneath is, you know, it's like

one of these beds on top of, you know, drawers and stuff. So it's wood. Oh, no. My, so I, you know,

it sticks out and my knee slammed right into the wooden corner of, of this, the bed frame thing,

That really hurt. And I hit my knee. I mean, I bang my knee on my desk here at the office

from time to time and it's a total pain to the knee cap. This was the side of the knee.

And it really hurt for the whole night. And so I took in the leave and not so much swelling,

but it was warm. And so I put like a cold compress on it.
