Well, it's major breaking news to obviously me, Tiki, and Evan, because we didn't realize he said that, and probably most of the audience didn't realize that Anthony Volpe is back at shortstop as Aaron Broom recording. I mean, Sean's right. It's not major breaking news, but it's, you know, it's breaking news.

It's the, our long national nightmare is back.

It's basically what's going on now.

It's not a surprise, and here's the way I would view the Anthony Volpe return. I'd view it this way. As long as it's temporary, and as long as Boone isn't going to try to force-feed this again, it's okay. I think Jose Caballero needs more reps at shortstop. I think you saw that a little bit last night with some of the indecision or the uncomfortableness at shortstop because Caboero is one of those guys who plays everywhere. So when you play everywhere, you may be good everywhere, but you're never going to be great everywhere because you don't play that place or that position enough.

Right.

And so I think it could only benefit Caballero to just be out there every day.

So I will judge the decision to put Vopi back in the lineup more on what they do tomorrow and the day after.

Well, I think this feels like Aaron Boone, via

Cashman, saying we need Anthony Volpe to be our starting shortstop and as great as he was last

year in the postseason, this year in the postseason. That's what this feels like they're trying to do.

The problem is I don't trust that that's going to happen with Anthony Volpe.

And so I would rather, as you're alluding to, have Jose Caballero learn how to be a great

shortstop for the next two weeks.

And then not great, but whatever.

Yeah.

Be a good shortstop and be productive for this team.

I don't know over these next 12 games how many Caballero is going to start versus Volpe.
