This week's episode is a chat with Anthony Rapp,

Anthony is an actor who I love, I'm a huge fan of his,

from his work in Rent, specifically, but also from a bunch of TV and movie roles since then,

and other work on Broadway.

You also might know Anthony's name because about 18 months ago, he stepped forward and told his

truth about some experiences of assault and trauma involving Kevin Spacey.

And we do talk about that in this episode, not what happened.

We talk about Anthony's solutions for stepping forward and how he was able to do that and some self-care

solutions that he's worked on since.

So there is some information about or acknowledgement that sexual assault or trauma exists in this episode,

but there are not details.
