Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy has announced his retirement. He is going to be leaving

effective July 31st. Naturally, the leftists freaking out because they're concerned that abortion

rights and gay marriage could get overturned if Donald Trump appoints a conservative justice to

the Supreme Court. This story is the perfect example of just how filthy, how absolutely disgusting

politics in the United States is because we have contradictory statements from Republicans

and we also have just absolutely awful snide mean-spirited comments from the left. Everybody can I

retiring from the Supreme Court. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy will step down at the

end of July. The departure gives President Trump a second opportunity to fundamentally alter the

nation's top court for decades. Senate Republicans plans to move quickly on appointing a successor

as the two major parties fight for control of the Senate in November. CNBC says his departure could

have massive effects on U.S. policy, particularly on abortion rights and gay rights nationwide.

His announcement immediately raised question about how long the court would stand by its early

abortion rulings including Roe v Wade. Replacing Kennedy with a conservative could have a massive

long-term effect on the highest U.S. court. His decision to leave will have huge implications for

the midterm elections as Democrats and Republicans battle for control of the Senate. The chamber
