Talk about CBD.

It's pretty much everywhere these days.

That's right.

Of course, the clinical science is not caught up to the anecdotes, but people are showing

significant benefits, very encouraging.

But first, let's define exactly what we're talking about.

Her CBD is cannabidiol, an extract from hemp.

And while you might associate with marijuana, CBD is the non-high-inducing, non-rewarding

component of hemp.

And therefore, it doesn't have the same risk that cannabis would, doesn't cost the

hype.

Now, about the products, there are a ton on the market for getting the vast array of reported

benefits.

It's important to be aware of what you're buying.
