How is a scalsel like you fair in down in the garden of England?

No, I'm going to stand me, mate. So I just smile and nod my head.

Obviously, lockdown's been challenging for everyone.

How have you found it? This is the first time we spoke to you since this whole pandemic

struck and everything was put on pause you're obviously back in training now and

back in full flow but how have you coped with the whole thing?

Yeah that's a nice break from reality like I wasn't encamped on, so I just live like a normal person and just it'd be around for a bit, which is nice for me because the last 10 years I've been living on the road type of thing with team GB and then obviously

with Dave Colwell now with Shane McGwegan I've never been her own I've always been

travelling so there's a nice little break to just be around for me.

Other than the thumbs in the eye which are always debated on this show as to who's done it to who.
