Just to give you a sense of how excited I was to have this guest on to do this interview,

the first time we scheduled, it didn't happen because there was a time difference mix-up

there over in the UK.

And if I was looking for an excuse not to do it, I probably would have taken it.

Then there was a second time when there was a bunch of technology issues and it didn't

happen despite being blocked out on the schedule.

And then the third time, it wasn't until 45 minutes or so into our schedule time that

we finally managed to get connected to do the interview.

And this wasn't just me sitting around waiting, but my whole team had to call and follow
