let's get caught up on news. Anthony Davis News has been percolating all morning. The most

recent version after Sham Sharania reported that there was going to be a surgery involved and

that he's kind of looking forward

to possibly playing in the postseason to reestablish some trade value.

The next thing that hit was Anthony Davis tweeting, y'all better stop listening to all these

lies on these apps.

And I don't know, maybe he's talking about like the stranger things ending or something.

But I don't know what to say about this other than it's one of two things.

One is, well, he's just absolutely not having surgery, and he's dating that for the world to hear.

That's not very likely, I don't think.

But the idea that maybe there's a detail in there that's not correct. And maybe it's involving negotiations for contracts and,

you know, the desire to get back on the floor in the playoffs, something in that realm that's not,

you know, really relevant to whether he plays or not or whether he's getting the surgery or not.

I've seen that in a few situations that aren't exactly one-to-one with this Anthony Davis stuff.

But, Doc, hearing this Anthony Davis news, this most recent tweet, does it change anything for you? Or are you still

just not down with Anthony Davis in any respect? No. Nope. Cut them and move on and never

draft them again. That's my advice. Your advice is probably the right advice, but let's play, let's play it out just a little bit here.
