We are live at Blue Lion Fitness, as we

Excited to host this podcast and bring you guys into Blue Lion Fitness. We moved into a larger location, 7,500 square feet here right off of Liberty here in Ann Arbor, three miles from the big house. We run group classes and do personal training, semi-private personal training, two-on-ones, three-on-ones, that sort of thing. And we've had a lot of success in our 10 years at our former location. And the first four or five months here has been really exciting. So we have our own app now. Go to any app store via iPhone or Android. Download the Blue Lion Fitness app and check us out. If Sherald Moore doesn't have this kind of ship sailing in the same direction.

Similar to that buy-in week they had last year before that Northwestern game,

and I know he wasn't there on Saturday,

but he was able to coach this team all weekend.

You felt that sense of urgency on the field today.

I thought that team looked really polished
