Hey guys, it's a new week and I am finally sitting down and doing another Q&A for you guys.

It's been a little while since I've done a solo episode

because we took a break over the holidays

and, you know, it takes a little bit more time

for me to do this, so I just didn't have the time to sit down and just record a Q&A but we are doing a

Q&A today guys. Today this episode is going to be all about C-S sections.

I like to do these Q&As where I focus on one subject,

and this is a common topic that I get in my Q&A boxes

that people say, talk about C-Sections more say talk about sections more talk about

C sections more so you guys got it I'm gonna be talking all about C sections

today and answering all of your questions I put out a box a while back, I think it was in

February or March of last year and I just did a story questions that was targeted towards C-section moms and so I've taken some of those

questions and answered some of those for you. And these are some of the most common questions

that I see. So first we're going to talk about what a

C section entails and what you can expect because I think that alleviates a lot of

people's fear up front

if I just talk about the procedure

and this is what it is.
