offering up trip ideas for fall and winter holidays, giving advice

on women-only trips, and even sharing a few hacks for traveling with babies. To help dull out

those travel tips, we are joined by Stephanie Wu, Traveler's Digital Director and Senior Editor

Megan Sparell. Thank you both so much for joining us. Hey guys. Hi. So first question comes from Sarah in the Facebook group, who is looking for recommendations on where

to travel this fall on the east coast of the US.

And I think she's specifically looking for fall foliage ideas, which now is the perfect time to start seeing them.

And Megan, I feel like you just took that very trip.

I did.

I just did a very manic drive up to Vermont for the weekend to see some beautiful trees.

And that was great.

I actually met someone on a cruise in August who told me

that the best foliage she'd ever seen was on the drive from Bennington, Vermont to Brattleboro.

And I just impulsively booked a campsite that's right in the middle of that drive and went up.

And so did half the drive, spent a night at Woodford State Park, and then did the other half.

And it was gorgeous.

The trees are amazing.

It's one of the higher points in Vermont.

So it's kind of the first place to really have that bright foliage.
