Like, because I know you're on the East Coast and I know I was there for a long time.

I wouldn't call it depression, but there's definitely a strong shift in how I feel.

And I have to do a lot of things to just make sure that I'm okay because the weather really affects

me and the lack of sun and especially when it starts snowing.

And I'm already working from home almost days and so I'm not really going out as much,
