We start our program in Venezuela.

Today, another US warship. warship. The U.S. has

gravely sailed into waters not far from the Venezuelan coast, adding to the growing U.S. presence

of warships and warplanes in the region. The U.S. calls it a war against drug traffickers,

but there's a growing sense that this is about something different.

And this morning, the U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham spoke to that speculation.

He told the CBS's Face the Nation program that the U.S. could soon launch military attacks on Venezuelan soil.

Yeah, I think that's a real possibility. I think President Trump's

made a decision that Maduro, the leader of Venezuela, is an indicted drug trafficker, that is time for

him to go, that Venezuela and Colombia have been safe havens for narco-terrorists for too long.

And President Trump told me yesterday that he plans to brief members of Congress when he gets

back from Asia about future potential military operations against Venezuela and Colombia.

So there will be a congressional briefing about a potential expanding from the sea to the land.

I support that idea.

So there you have it.
