When former president Donald Trump was charged by the Manhattan DA for falsifying business

documents, a lot of lawyers took a look and said, this is bad, and somehow it's still down

the list of Donald Trump's upcoming legal problems.

If any juror, a single juror, has reasonable doubt, or what he or she perceives as reasonable

doubt about whether or not this is biased or politically motivated, or you should pardon

the expression trumped up, then the prosecution loses.

That's because to some, those charges do not seem fit to file as felonies.
