| 1:11.9 | I think as a pure matter of law the court reached what was clearly |
| 1:16.5 | the correct result in that the EPA was asserting authority that Congress had |
| 1:21.3 | never delegated to it. |
| 1:24.0 | On the other hand, the sort of power that EPA wanted to exercise |
| 1:30.3 | is as far as climate policies go, certainly better |
| 1:34.3 | than a lot of the alternatives that EPA |
| 1:36.7 | has been delegated the authority, or at least |
