with one of the arguably most influential people in true crime right now. Our friend,

Rabia Shadri, we met her at CrimeCon last summer and we had a chance to speak with her recently,

so we hope you like this version of another shot this time around with Rabia and we'll be back

very soon with another full episode. So without further ado, here it is our interview with Rabia

Shadri. All right guys, welcome to another episode of Martinez and Murder. It's a special episode

Darren because our friend, the amazing Rabia Shadri is joining us. Hi Rabia. Hi guys, how are you?

We are so excited to have you. It's just, it's such a breath of fresh air to have a smart,

funny, intelligent, Muslim woman who knows what's going on on our show. So thank you, Rabia.

Yes. Well, you have set me up in a way that I feel like I really have to deliver. So I'll try.

That's our goal. Well, I want to give the listeners a little bit of a set up here because this is

a long time in the making in a sense because as most of our listeners know, I was very, very,

very into the ad non-scied stuff and I eventually found your podcast undisclosed, which by the way,

Yes. I just want to say, you know, we had been talking, we've become internet friends, you and I

for a bit and then Darren and I went to crime con this summer and I was so excited to find out that

you were going to be there and Darren, I don't know if you remember this, but like we were in the car

on the way over and I was like, I just really want to make sure I say hi to Rabia. Like I just love her.

I just- I was your number one goal. Yeah, it really was and literally you were the first person we ran into.

I'd crime con. I think we ran over to her and just like climbed on top of her and freaked out. Yeah,
