Hi, everyone. John, how are you feeling? Because I know that you weren't feeling well and I was gonna text you and I love starting out the show by just getting a general

temperature of how you're doing. A general like a physical metaphorical and a real. Yeah, it was a little bit of a plan

where it's there. Yeah. Well, I'm great other than, you know, just allergies got me itchy and scratchy. Remember the itchy and scratchy show from the

Simpson's. I didn't even watch the Simpson's and I know I didn't really do. But I love those. Yeah. But thank you for checking in and I want to say thank you to the fans. A few of you

reached out and said they hope I feel better. They gave me some remedies for their allergies. Yes. I trust trust and believe I have tried everything.

What was the good idea you just gave me the other day? I sign as massage. That was something I had heard of. Yes.

Wasn't really sure. So there's also something you can get surgery and like scrape your sinuses, which apparently like really hurt. Yeah, my

friend Carrie had it done. I don't know. I think it feels worse immediately after you get it. But then ultimately, yeah, and I don't

know if that's worth it to you. But they do rub my girlfriend's sinuses like all the time and like just rubbing her face. Yeah, it just it just relieves a little bit of

the pressure to like really hard like on your on your eyebrows and right underneath your eyes. It just and it's not permanent. It's obviously not helping her in the long run. But

certainly for that immediate relief, it feels good. You know, I don't have a lot of sinus pressure. Like when I've where I fly though, oh my God,

oh, I can say with her same with her. There will be times where I'll be landing and my sinuses just feel like I don't even know how to explain it like a million

beastings all at once. It's very sharp pain. It seems like you're getting like tattoo removal. Is the equivalent to your

sinuses. Yeah. But thank you for asking. I'm really great. But I want to bring something. Yes. First, how are you doing? I am doing really well. You have no allergies. No, I don't have any

allergies. 12 month season with no problems. Pretty much no problem. If I get one cold a year, that's like I'm rough in it. I'm rough in it. And you're always busy

and running around too. Like I would be a broken down human if I had your schedule and doing things. I mean, I was late today and I was on

that I was on the one train coming up here from my other office. And it was like I always managed to get on that train in that

car that has no way seen. Oh, no. And it was just by the way, we should say it's 101 degrees. I was smelling all the smells. Can we talk about that
