It's three minutes after ten. A very good morning indeed to you. And, well, we'll be wading straight

into constitutional crisis that perhaps could be thrown up by the prospect of another referendum in

Scotland, a little later in the programme. I'm going to get into the bubble, or rather I'm going to

try and break the walls of the bubble so that you can get involved as well.

There is a chap who routinely protests outside Parliament with loud halers.

And he was essentially caralled by several coppers yesterday.

He's known as the Stop Brexit Man.

He's been on the program.

His name is Steve Bray.

And it's the first exercise of pretty Patel's new powers to essentially silence protests. I think he was liable by one senior conservative

yesterday. I'm not a qualified lawyer. So the use of the word violent to describe somebody who's

never been physically

violent, seems to me to be pretty litigious, but I, but I could be wrong. The point, of course,

is this. Lots of journalists are relatively happy with the confiscation of the poor fellow's

loudspeakers, because he is extremely disruptive to their attempts to do their job from the

House of Commons and I'm gonna have a chat a little later probably in the second

hour of the program about what you think so just giving you a quick heads up on

that I I'm not gonna tell you what I think just yet but obviously these new laws

introduced by Pretty Patel, because we have too much

freedom of expression in this country, are something of a cause for concern. One thing we can do

is conclude as we contemplate policing matters. Hey, hey, hey, come here a minute. Seriously,

do you know who broke that story about the Metropolitan Police going into special measures? A stone cold. A stone cold, copper-bottomed, absolutely bona fide exclusive. Do you know who got that? Which journalist, which British journalist got that story about the Metropolitan Police being put into special measures before anybody else, before the Times? No, it wasn't Steve Allen Keith, before the Times, before the Daily Telegraph,
