released images of the suspect identified as 24 year old Dion Patterson who they say is still

at large, then they're giving you ladies developments, you know, so there's 50 minutes to go,

40 minutes ago, doctors recount performing surgery as shooting unfolded. One floor. Dr. Timothy

Simmons was performing surgery on one floor above the scene where the shooting unfolded. He told ABC

News he completed the surgery and then sheltered in place. Could you imagine you've got someone open

on the table and you hear gunfire. I mean, I'm not a doctor clearly. I can imagine the pressure

that you're under when you're doing surgery. Right. Like one false. Yep. Move. Like I mean,

it's not like it is like being a mechanic, but if you screw it up, the car just breaks and you

get a new part, right? Yep. You don't do that with it. So now I'm operating on you. God only

knows your brain, your heart, whatever. And then I start here and gunshots. I'm like, well, I can't
