My life was changed in the summer of 1961.

I was already a Christian. In fact, I was between my second

and third year in a graduate school in theological studies. My wife and I had been asked to join

a church in Northern California where we would be interns for that summer.

other. And a major battle of mine at the time was the sovereignty of God. It was a battle for me
