From Public Radio International, a daily look at the issues. Americans care about most.

Debate number 22 came less than a week before the Pennsylvania primary.

50 minutes went by before any policy question was asked.

Up to then, it was all about personal gaffs, past associations, and who could withstand the inevitable assault from the Republicans.

On to the point, did anything happen to change the momentum

in Pennsylvania? Are voters around the country better informed? What about the superdelegates

who are likely to make the final decision? On reporter's notebook later on, does polygamy lead to

child abuse at places like yearning for Zion Ranch in West Texas.
